Holey radiator as Standard

Vic Webb bought this Standard 10 for £25.

I bought this Standard 10 in 1948 for £25.

I took my first driving test in OG 1420 at Lowestoft and failed, but I passed at the second attempt.

It had a floating dipstick and leather on the outside all round which I varnished about once a year.

I’m not quite sure of the year of this car but I think it was about 1929.

The radiator had many boles in it and we had to patch it up with putty.

I used to take mother and father for rides to the agricultural shows at Beccles.

The next car I bought was a 1932 Morris 10 which cost me £100.
