Vauxhall celebrate classic car day

VauxhallVauxhall will open its Heritage Centre on Sunday, April 17 to mark the annual classic car ‘Drive it Day’.

The event is organised by the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs and encourages owners of anything old or interesting to take to the road for one day to celebrate the classic car movement in the UK.

As part of the celebration Vauxhall encourages owners of any classic car across the UK to come along and visit their Heritage Centre.

Enthusiasts will have the opportunity to view the Vauxhall collection of over 50 cars ranging from the 1900s through to the present day.

The Vauxhall Heritage Centre will be open from 10am to 4pm and can be found in Park Street, Luton, behind the main Griffin House headquarters in Osborne Road.

There is free entry and free parking and for people travelling to the event using SatNav, the postcode for the Vauxhall Heritage Centre is LU1 3YT.
