DEBUT: 2011 New York International Auto Show
APPEARANCE: The car has a bold look with a dramatic nose, aggressive grille and chunky front bumper. The raised bonnet line implies strong performance potential and the twin-spoke 20-inch wheels further add to the car’s sporty and masculine look. The concept has a wide stance and distinctive wraparound LED tail lamps with intricate reflectors set behind all-red lenses. It has been designed as a high-performance concept that can carry passengers in comfort over long distances.
PREDICTION: Although it is a concept the LF-Gh hints strongly at what is to come from the manufacturer and original ideas included in the LF-Gh are likely to migrate to future Lexus production models. The latest Lexus ‘L-Finesse’ design process has brought about a bolder and more distinctive projection of what a premium segment model for Lexus could become.
