Fair Cop

A 29-year-old man was so upset about the lack of parking enforcement in his town that he parked his car illegally in a handicapped space and called police more than a dozen times before officers arrived and arrested him.

Police in Shelton, Connecticut, say they had to subdue Michael Andes with a stun gun after he screamed at officers that they were not doing their job and became aggressive.

He was charged with breach of the peace and interfering with an officer and was given a parking ticket. He is due in court next month.
